摘  要:在全面分析已服役10年的HK40炉管损伤状况的基础上,研究了HK40炉管母材和焊接接头的蠕变裂纹扩展速率,评价了这2种不同部位抗蠕变裂纹扩展的能力。结果表明在长期正常的运行中,特别是服役后期,下部炉管焊缝中的蠕变裂纹扩展比母材裂纹扩展快。On the basis of metallographical study of damage states of a HK40 tube which have serviced for ten years, creep crack growth tests on its base metal and weld are carried out, the resistance of the different parts against creep crack growth is studiedThe results show that creep crack growth of the weldments located in the lower part of the furnace tube is faster than that of the base metal after a long period of operation,especially in the later service period Microstructure damage and stress concentration in the weld are two important factors contributing to faster creep crack growth rates
