摘  要:采用微机控制的气相搅拌床反应器对实验室自制的还原型铬催化剂QCP-02进行了聚合反应行为和动力学研究。讨论了还原剂种类以及聚合反应的温度和压力对催化剂的活性和所生成产品性能的影响。当反应压力为09~16MPa时,最大聚合反应速率与乙烯压力呈一级动力学关系,并据此求出反应温度为80~95℃时QCP-02催化剂上乙烯均聚反应的表观活化能。The performance and reaction kinetics of ethylene polymerization with reduced chromium based catalyst QCP-02 have been investigated in a gas phase stirred reactor system controlled by computer.The effects of reductant type as well as temperature and pressure on catalytic activity and properties of products are discussed.Correlation between maximum polymerization rates and ethylene pressure indicates that the reaction is of the first order in the pressure range of 0.91.6 MPa,and the apparent activation energy of ethylene homopolymerization on QCP-02 catalyst is 5 kcal/mol in the temperature range of 8095 .
