几丁聚糖对预防显微血管吻合术后粘连的实验研究

摘  要:【目的】探讨几丁聚糖对大鼠显微血管吻合术后粘连的预防作用。【方法】将30只大鼠随机分为实验组和对照组,将各组大鼠股动脉离断、再于显微镜下以110尼龙线端一端吻合,其中实验组在吻合的血管外周注入几丁聚糖0.1mL,对照组不注入。术后d3、d5、d7、d10、d14分别于肉眼下观察吻合的血管与周围组织粘连情况。【结果】本组30只大鼠全部存活,伤口愈合良好,吻合的股动脉通畅率100%。标本大体观察可见术后不同天数试验组的血管粘连程度明显轻于对照组(P〈0.05)。实验组血管粘连程度随着术后天数的增加无明显改变(P〉0.05);对照纽血管粘连程度随着术后天数的增加而明显加重(P〈0.05)。【结论】几丁聚糖局部应用能够起到预防显微血管吻合术后粘连。[Objective]To explore the effect of chitosan on the prevention of vascular adhesion after microvascular anastomosis. [Methods]Thirty rats were divided into the experimental group and the control group randomly. The femoral arteries of rats in each group were cut off and then anastomosed by end-to-end through using 11/0 nylon suture under the microscope. Chitosan was injected into tb.e periphery of anastomosing vessels in experimental group. The control group was not injected with chitosan. The anastomosing vessels and tissue adhesion were observed with naked eyes at 3th, 5th, 7th, 10th and 14th day after operation. [Results] All the 30 rats were survived and wounds were healed well. The anastomosing femoral artery pateney rate retained 100%0. Gross 'specimen observation showed that vascular adhesion in the experimental group was slighter than that in the control group( P 〈0.05). Vascular adhesion was aggravated with the increase of postoperative day in the control group( P〈0.05), while that was not changed obviously in the experimental group( P〉0.05). [Conclusion]Chitosan can prevent vascular adhesion after microvascular anastomosis.
