摘 要:直接转矩控制在异步电机调速系统中已日渐成熟,但开关表和现有转矩、磁链变化率的表达式都无法说明空间矢量与转矩、磁链变化率的解析关系。从异步电机转矩、磁链变化率的表达式出发,推导出新的解析表达式,给出了任一空间矢量在任一空间位置对转矩、磁链变化率的正弦分布曲线,并通过与开关表对比,证明了上述结论的正确性。利用以上结论,提出了一种脉动最小化的转矩预测算法,所得试验结果表明:该方法有效减小了转矩脉动,改善了定子电流波形,具有良好的动、静态性能。The classical direct torque control strategy for asynchronous motor has been developed in recent years, but could' t analyze the torque and stator flux derivates by their expressions and the vector voltage table. Thus, it was obtained that the new torque and flux derivative expressions and their sinusoidal distribution over time. In addition, the performance of sinusoidal distributions was proved by the switching voltage vector selection. Finally, a new predictive direct torque control technique was showed minimizing the torque and stator flux ripples. The exp showed that system can reduce the torque ripple and improve the current waveform of stator. This system also had good dynamic and static performance.
