摘　　要：本文简述了液性塑料夹具的基本原理和使用优点及其薄壁套筒的设计。并从理论上论述了液性塑料定心夹紧机构中薄壁套筒的受力、变形情况。通过弹性力学和材料力学理论分别论述了液性塑料夹具中工件夹紧力的计算与分析。推导出工件夹紧力的精确解和一般计算公式,并由推导材料力学的使用范围。This paper describes basic principle, usage advantages and the design of thin-walled sleeve; and theoretically discussed of plastic centering clamping force in the institution, the deformation of thin-walled sleeve. Through the elastic mechanics and material mechanics theory it discussed respectively the calculation and analysis of plastic fixture in clamping force of work piece. Work piece clamping force is derived exact solution and the general formula are deduced by the use of material mechanics.
