摘　　要：对金刚石表面真空盐浴镀覆金属的工艺进行了研究，通过试验得出了盐的添加类型、添加量、真空度、镀覆温度、保温时间。结果表明金刚石经真空盐浴镀覆以后，单粒抗压强度明显提高。The study on technology of vacuum saltbath metal plating on diamond surface is introduced in this paper Salt type, salt conducting amount, vacuum degree, plating temperature, temperaturekept time and etc are optimized by a large number of tests Results indicate that the strength of diamond coated with metal can be improved, and carbide film is formed on diamond surface
