2620例阴道炎患者支原体培养结果及耐药性分析

摘　　要：目的了解阴道炎患者支原体感染及其对抗生素的耐药情况，为临床合理用药提供依据。方法回顾分析2003年1月12日-2009年4月12日送检的2620例阴道炎患者宫颈分泌物标本的支原体培养、鉴定、计数以及对11种抗菌药物药敏试验结果。结果在2620例阴道炎患者中，支原体培养阳性1236例，阳性率为47．2％。其中Uu、Uu和Mh混合感染及Mh的阳性结果分别是：634例（51．36％）、426例（34．54％）、176例（14．1％）。药敏试验结果显示，解脲脲支原体对米诺环素、交沙霉素、多西环素、克拉霉素的耐药率最低，解脲脲支原体＋人支原体混合感染者耐药率明显高于单纯解脲脲支原体感染者，其中种6抗菌药物的耐药率〉60．00％。结论支原体培养及药敏检测对于治疗阴道炎患者具有重要的临床指导意义。Obstractive To study the characteristics of drug resistence and in fection of mycoplasma. Methods retrospective analysis the mycoplasma was detected by culture in 2620 cases cervx＇ s secretion from January 12, 2003 to？April 12,2009, with an observation of drug susceptibility to 11 antibiotics. Result the total positive rate of mycoplasma was 47.2%, of them Urea plasma urealyticum （IJu） was51.36 %, Uu ＋ Mycoplasma hominis （Mh） was 34.54 %, and Mh was 14.1%. The result of susceptibility test display that Urea plasma urealyticum （Uu） right minocycline, josamycin,and doxycline, clarithromycin the lowest resistance. The resistant rate to antibiotics for the mixed infection of Uu＋Mh was significantly higher than Uu affection alone, from them to 6 antibiotics was over 60.00%. Conclusion The detection of mycoplasma infection and it＇s drug resistance play an important guide role in the clinical treatment of vagina infection.
