六味能消胶囊联合贝络纳治疗老年人功能性便秘临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察六味能消胶囊联合贝络纳治疗老年人功能性便秘（functional constipation，FC）的疗效和安全性。方法老年人FC患者90例，随机分为两组。联合治疗组（48例）采用六味能消胶囊联合贝络纳治疗，对照组（42例）单用贝络纳，疗程均为4周。比较两组治疗后第1周、2周、4周末的大便情况、各伴随症状的变化和不良反应发生率。结果治疗后在第1周、2周末联合治疗组的总有效率（分别为64．6％、72．9％）显著高于对照组（分别为33．3％、50％）（P〈0．05），第4周末两组疗效无显著性差异。联合治疗组腹胀、腹痛、排便困难、食欲不振等伴随症状的缓解率显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）。两组不良反应发生率无显著性差异。结论六味能消胶囊联合贝络纳治疗老年人FC疗效确切、安全、不良反应少，比单独口服贝洛纳可更快速缓解便秘及其伴随症状。To observe the efficacy and safety of Lin wei neng xian jiao hang combined with Mosapride Citrate Tablets in the treatment of the elderly functional constipation （FC）. METHODS ：A total of ninety elderly patients with functional constipation were randomly divided into two groups.The joint treatment group （n=48） was assigned to receive Liu wei neng xiao jiao nang combined with Mosapride Citrate Tablets, while the control group（n=-42） to receive Mosapride Citrate Tablets only. All the patients were treated for 4 weeks. Stool, the accompanying symptoms and the incidences of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups at the end of 1 week,2 weeks ,4 weeks .RESULTS ： 1 weeks and 2 weeks later, the total efficiency of the Joint treatment Group （64.6%, 72.9% ,respectively） was significantly higher than the control group （33.3%, 50%, respectively） （P 〈0.05）. At the end of 4 weeks, the total efficiency in the two groups were no significant difference （P〉0.05）. The remission rates of the accompanied symptoms such as abdominal distention, abdominal pain, Difficult defecation, loss of appetite in the joint treatment group were higher than that of the control group at the end of i week,2 weeks ,4 weeks（P 〈0.05）.
