Review on Streaming Media Protocols over the Mobile Internet

摘　　要：综述了移动互联网中目前应用较为广泛的三种流媒体协议:HTTP渐进下载流媒体协议,基于RTSP/RTP的实时流媒体协议栈,以及苹果公司新近提出的HTTP Live Streaming协议,并对各自的优缺点和适用范围进行了分析和比较。In this paper, we study the three widely used Streaming Media protocols over the Mobile Internet, including HTTP Progressive Download Streaming, RTSP/RTP based on real-time streaming protocol stack, and the HTTP Live Streaming protocol proposed by Apple Inc. recently. We also analyze the advantages and disadvantages of them, and compare their applicable scenarios.
