摘  要:目的了解重庆市职业学校学生艾滋病防治知识水平并分析其影响因素,为有针对性地制订艾滋病健康教育方案提供依据。方法在重庆市非主城区(渝西经济走廊,三峡库区生态经济区),采用多级整群随机抽样抽取1 507名职业学校学生进行自填表式问卷调查。结果职业学校学生艾滋病防治知识总体平均得分为6.54分(满分10分)。艾滋病传播途径平均得分高于非传播途径(P<0.000 1)。在3种主要传播途径中,性传播途径得分较低,血液传播和母婴传播途径得分较高。不同性别、地区的学生得分存在差异:男生平均得分高于女生(P<0.000 1);渝西经济走廊学生平均得分高于三峡库区生态经济区(P<0.000 1)。结论需加强职业学校学生艾滋病健康教育,针对现存不足并结合影响因素制订艾滋病宣传教育方案。Objective To understand the status of AIDS-related knowledge among students in the vocational schools in Chongqing and to analyze the influencing factors in order to provide basis pertinently for working out the strategy for the AIDS health education.Methods Using the multi-stage cluster random sampling,a self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted among 1 507 students in nonmain city area in Chongqing(West Chongqing Economic Corridor,the Three Gorges Reservoir Area of Ecological Economic Zone).Results The overall mean score of knowledge about AIDS was 6.54(full mark 10).Students had a better understanding on AIDS transmission routes than non-transmission routes(P〈0.000 1).In the three main routes of transmission of AIDS,the score of sexual transmission was lower,while the scores of blood transmission and vertical transmission were higher.The influencing factors included gender and region.Boys scored higher than girls on average(P〈0.000 1).The average score of students in West Chongqing Economic Corridor was higher than that in Three Gorges Reservoir Ecological Economic Zone(P〈0.000 1).Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the AIDS health education among vocational school students,and to work out the pertinent education program according to the extant insufficiency,combining with the influencing factors.
