摘　　要：采用高碱度精炼渣、沉淀脱氧和扩散脱氧相结合的超低氧钢生产工艺、稳定的增氮增硫技术、控制硫偏析的连铸工艺,成功开发了机床传动轴用易切削非调质钢YF45MnV,该钢的各项性能指标均满足用户的要求。The easy-cutting non-quenched-and-tempered steel YF45MnV for drive axle of machine tools is suecessfully developed by means of measures： using refining slag of high basicity, ultra-low-oxygen steel making process combined precipitate and diffusing deoxidation together, steady nitrogen- and sulphur-increasing technique, continuous casting technology to control sulphur segration.
