摘　　要：文章通过在原有铸铁管内部穿越PE管,将原有0.1MPa的D450铸铁管改换成0.4MPa的D300 PE中压管道的工程实例,对工程中遇到的清管和探管问题,拖管的拉力控制问题,PE管芯的防护及焊接等问题,分析阐述了PE管的许可曲率半径,弯管和上下落差处的限制,PE管芯所承受的抗拉极限、管道焊接工艺控制及PE芯管固化处理等技术措施与解决方案,并对工程进行了总结归纳。Within the existing cast iron pipe through PE pipe, the original 0.1Mpa DN450 cast iron pipe can be replaced with 0.4Mpa DN300 middle pressure pipeline. Encountered with pigging and exploring pipe problems, dragging pipe pull control problems, welding and protection of PE tube core problems during the construction, the article analyzes PE pipe license curvature radius, limits of elbow pipe and upper and lower fall, tensile limit of PE tube core, pipe welding technology control and its solidification processing, technical measures and solutions, and summarizes the project.
