论江苏特色高职教育发展的问题及策略

摘　　要：在江苏高等教育中长期发展规划中,发展江苏特色的高职教育应成为重要战略之一。为此,要在观念、办学自主权、政策保障、发挥职教集团作用等4方面实现突破,构建畅通立交,提升高职地位;大胆探索实践,推进机制创新;强化政府职能,加强立法保障;为实现江苏"两个率先"和教育强省做出贡献。Developing the higher vocational education with Jiangsu characters should become an important strategy in the mid-and long-term project planning for Jiangsu＇s higher education.Therefore,breakthrough should be realized in the following 4 aspects,i.e.,ideas,autonomous of running school,policy guarantee and exerting the function of vocational group.We also need to construct a cross communication and raise the status of higher vocational education;explore and practice bravely and promoting the innovation in mechanism;enhance the responsibility of the government and guarantee it with legislation;make contribution to Jiangsu＇s ambitious of becoming ＂two pioneers＂ and construction a province strong in education.
