肝宁糖浆的制备及临床应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨肝宁糖浆的制备工艺，证实临床应用效果，为深入研究药效提供依据。方法：用蒸馏法，煎煮法、减压浓缩法等制成糖浆剂，应用于甲、乙、丙肝炎患者的治疗，设对照组，观察用药效果。结果：病例观察１１８ 例，其中急黄肝６０ 例，亚重肝３０ 例，慢重肝６ 例，瘀胆型２２ 例，总有效率９４ ．０６ ％ ，对照组６４ 例，总有效率为８２ ．８１ ％ ，结果显示 Ｐ＜ ０ ．０５ 。结论：肝宁糖浆制备合理，疗效显著。OBJECTIVE:To prepare the Gan Ning syrup and study its curative effect in the hospital.METHODS:Several Chinese herbs were distilled,boiled and concentrated to prepare Gan Ning syrup.HAV,HBV,HCV patient groups taken the syrup were compared with reference group.RESULTS:The patients groups were 118 cases,60 cases of acute icteric hepatitis,30 cases of subacute serious hepatitis,6 cases of chronic hepatitis and 22 cases of other hepatitis:the total effective rate was 94.06% .The reference group included 64 cases the effective rate was 82.8% .There is a significant difference between the two groups ( P < 0.05 ).CONCLUSIONS:Gan Ning syrup has a curative effect to the patients in liver cases.
