摘  要:目的:利用实验性大鼠口腔黏膜组织匀浆+弗氏佐剂注射法,建立RAU动物模型,研究其血清EGF表达的变化。方法:提取大鼠的口腔黏膜组织匀浆+弗氏佐剂,制成抗原免疫大鼠,并做组织病理学检测和血清EGF含量ELASA法检测。结果:用此免疫方法造模的大鼠都发生了RAU,造模过程中相应血清EGF也发生变化。结论:利用大鼠口腔黏膜组织均浆作为抗原,可引起大鼠RAU的发生。大鼠造模后血清EGF表达显著减少。Objective: The Injection method of rats oral mucosa protein was used to establish animal models of recurrent aphthous ulcer (RAU),and explore the change of EGF (epidermal growth factor) expression in rats seurm.Method: Establishing RAU models by injecting the mixture of homogenate tissue of rat's oral mucosal and complete Freund's adjuvant into 40 SD rats.The histopathology examination was performed with oral ulcer mucosa.The expression EGF in serum was examined with sensitive enzyme- linked immunosorbent assay( ELISA ).Results:All of the experimental rats developed oral ulcer.In control group, the expression EGF in serum was higher than that in experimental group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Our study indicated that this animal model could be used as model of RAU of human beings for further study on its pathogensis ,and suggested that the decreaed expression EGF in serum may be related with the mechanisms involved in RAU formation.
