摘　　要：本文着重探讨了托克维尔有关"多数暴政"思想的论述,分析了为何要限制多数人的无限权威以及如何限制"多数暴政",在此基础上,作者对"多数暴政"思想作了简要的思考。This article mainly discuss Tocqueville＇s thought on majority tyranny, analysis the reasons why restrict the unlimited authority of the majority and how to limit the majority tyranny. Based on this, the author makes a brief thinking on the thought of majority tyranny.
