摘  要:针对石油钻井中钻井液在钻杆与井眼所形成的偏心环空中的流动可视为幂律流体在内管做行星运动的环空中的流动,给出了幂律流体在内管做行星运动的环空中流动的流量公式及其数值计算方法,并通过可视为幂律流体的HPAM水溶液在内管做行星运动的环空中的流动实验,把数值计算得到的流量与实验测得的流量进行了对比,两者之间的平均相对百分比误差小于5%,验证了上述幂律流体在内管做行星运动的环空中流动的流量公式及其数值计算方法是正确的.When drilling for oil,a better understanding is needed about the flow of drilling fluid in the annulus,or gap,formed between the drill string and the wellbore.The flow can be regarded as obeying the power law of a fluid where the inner cylinder experiences planetary motion.The flow rate formula and the method for its calculation were given as they would be used when drilling for petroleum.An experiment in an annulus with a rotating inner cylinder measured the flow of a hydrolyzed poly-acrylamide(HPAM) aqueous solution,considered functionally similar to drilling mud.The flow rate values calculated numerically were compared with those observed.The relative percent errors between the theoretical model and the observations were smaller than 5%,and verified the flow rate formula and its numerical calculation method for the power-law flow of fluids in an annulus where the inner cylinder is in planetary motion.
