摘　　要：21世纪人类所面临的是一个新全球化时代——人类自主、自觉的类群生活时代。市场经济、全球化、交往实践三位一体,它们均归依于现代社会愈来愈迫切吁求的公共生活或曰理想"生活共同体"之生存旨趣;全球化意味着一种"公共哲学时代"或曰哲学的公共话语时代的来临,是一种多元的差异主体间平等对话的平台,一种多样性论说的开放的公共话语空间,而不是某种独断式话语霸权的专席;全球化时代的现代公共哲学以对"共生"与"和合"理念(其本质是对和谐的寻求与创造)的深层认肯意向为基础,是对建立在"公共理性"基础上不同族群生存之意义共契信念的解读与阐释,旨在探寻和求证当代人类"公共生活"之可能性、合理性、正当性的多重根据。"公共性"生存信念应当成为全球社会公众共同一致的文化需要,成为公共生活和公共行为公正与否的内在的价值尺度。The 21st century is a new century of globabization, a period in which people are living in groups self- independently and self - consciously. The world is characterized by the unity of market economy, globolization and practical communications because of the need for common aim and interest. The globalization means ＂public philosophy＂ or ＂public activity of philosophy＂. There exists a platform and an open space for multiple and different subjects to express their views rather than a monopolized forum for some some dictatorial doctrines. The public philosophy in the time of globalization has the features of harmony and creativity of society based on public reason in order to find the possibility and resonableness for the modern people to live in the public life. The belief of living in com- monalty should be the unanimous cultural need for the whole world community and serve as people＇s criterion of fairness and justice of public life.
