摘  要:研制了一种以氟碳咪唑啉为主成分的高效油井采出液缓蚀剂,在陕北青化砭采油厂丰富川井区进行了现场应用试验,用分光光度法测试采出液水质总铁含量和井下挂片失重法评价缓蚀效果。结果表明,加药后油井采出液水质中总铁含量明显下降,平均为64%-77%,缓蚀率平均为97%-99%,有效抑制了油井采出液对金属设备的腐蚀。A high-efficiency corrosion inhibitor used fluorocarbon imidazoline as major components in oil field was prepared. On-site application test was acted in Fengfuchuan oil well areas of Qinghuabian oilproduction plant in the north of Shaanxi province. Spectrophotometry was used to test total iron content in produced fluid, at the same time, the weight loss means was used to evaluate inhibition effect by hangingtest steel sample in the underground well. The results showed that the average total iron content in the water of oil produced fluid decreased to 64% -77% after dosing the corrosion inhibitor; an average of corro-sion inhibition rate was 97% -99%. The corrosion inhibitor can effectively inhibit the corrosion of oil well produced fluid to metal equipment.
