摘　　要：采用高效液相色谱外标法,以甲醇-乙酸缓冲溶液作为流动相,用Hypersil BDS C18柱和紫外检测器,分析嘧霉胺和苯醚甲环唑复配制剂。结果表明,嘧霉胺和苯醚甲环唑的标准偏差分别为0.12和0.11;变异系数分别为0.86%和0.72%;平均回收率均为99.1%。The method is external standard method using HPLC with methanol-acetic acid buffer solution as mobile phase, Hypersil BDS C18 column and UV detector was applied to analyze pyrimethanil and difenoconazole mixture. The results showed that： the standard deviation of pyrimethanil and difenoconazole are 0.12 and 0.11 ,respectively;coefficients of variation are 0.86% and 0.72% ;average recoveries are 99.1%.
