摘　　要：目的:为大脑中央前沟邻近区域立体定向、介入放射及微创外科等提供三维可视化模型。方法:6名健康志愿者颅脑薄层MRI扫描数据,利用3D-Doctor软件包,采用面重建法对人工分割后并用不同颜色标识的大脑中央前沟、大脑纵裂、侧脑室以及大脑外表面轮廓行三维重建。结果:首次成功重建健康国人大脑中央前沟在整脑中的三维可视化模型。模型可以任意方位旋转,可从不同角度观察中央前沟三维立体形态、其在大脑中的空间位置以及其与周围重要结构毗邻关系。结论:基于MRI资料的人脑结构数字化、可视化的三维重建具有可行性。在神经解剖学研究、立体定向神经外科导航手术、远程诊治及网上多媒体教学等领域将具有良好的应用价值。Objective：To reconstruct and visualize the three-dimensional model of the precentral sulcus and its adjacent domains for stereotactic anatomy,interventional radiology and minimal invasive surgery.Methods：The precentral sulcus,longitudinal fissure,the lateral ventricle,the cerebrum surface profile of the head were identified and segmented on MRI transverse of six healthy volunteer′s heads,and their three-dimensional models were reconstructed in 3D-Doctor software package with the method of surface rendering.Results：The first successful three-dimensional model of the precentral sulcus was reconstructed.The precentral sulcus,other interesting structures and their spatial relations were observed in three-dimensional virtual space in random angles.Conclusions：It is hoped that the three-dimensional reconstruction and visualization of the precentral sulcus based on the MRI would benefit for the study of neuroanatomy,stereotactic neurosurgery,remote imaging diagnosis and multimedia teaching.
