亚低温治疗仪在危重症高热患儿中的应用及护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨亚低温治疗仪对危重症高热患儿的降温效果与护理技巧。方法:采取阶段性回顾法,分别将2008年6～9月住院的高热患儿15例作为对照组,2009年6～9月住院的高热患儿15例作为观察组,对照组采用传统的降温方法进行降温,观察组用复方氯丙嗪和亚低温治疗仪联合降温,并在降温过程中加强护理与观察。结果:观察组的降温效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:亚低温治疗仪对危重症高热患儿降温效果明显,作用持久而恒定,有利于对患儿大脑的保护,减少脑耗氧,减轻脑功能损害,保护脑细胞,减轻护理工作量,提高护理质量。Objective：To explore the effect and nursing skills of the moderate hypothermia machine on reducing higher fever in children.Methods：Using periodic review way,from June to September of 2008,15 cases of patients with higher fever were treated as control group,and from June to September of 2009,15 cases of patients with higher fever were treated as study group.The control group was treated by traditional method,while the study group was treated by moderate hypothermia machine and with extra nursing and observation.Results：The treatment effect of the study group was significant better than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusions：Moderate hypothermia machine has an obvious and persistent effects on reducing higher fever,and brain oxygen consumption,protecting brain cells and improving the quality of nursing.
