摘  要:地下空间的开发因地下水的影响而产生了一系列岩土工程问题,特别是地下水对地下建(构)筑物的筏板基础的浮托作用,将引起基础不均匀变形和破裂。本文针对某工程地下室筏板基础不均匀上浮事故,通过采用探地雷达、测量及监测手段,结合水文地质和工程地质分析,探讨了地下水对建筑物筏板基础的作用及其灾害机理。研究结果表明,造成筏板基础上浮的主要原因是地基中存在两层复杂的上层滞水,由于没有进行有效的地下水控制和采用合理的施工措施,导致地下水灾害发生。工程采用了降水处理措施,起到了一定的治理效果。There are plenty of geotechnical problems caused by groundwater which occurred during underground space excavation; especially due to that groundwater has floating effect on raft foundation of underground building (structure) , and such effect will lead to uneven subsidence and cracks. This article focuses on a typical engineering accident in which the raft foundation of a basement had inhomogeneous floating, via using ground penetrating radar, measurement and monitoring means, hydrological geology and engineering geology combining analysis, the effect of groundwater and its disaster formation of building raft foundation has been discussed. The investigation result shows, that the main reason of raft foundation floating is existence of two layers of complicated perched water in the foundation, and there were no effective groundwater control and reasonable construction measures, then, groundwater disaster occurred. The project took measure of precipitation, which gave good effect.
