摘　　要：通过对地震灾害的现场调查,特别是对5·12汶川特大地震的震害分析,发现砖混结构房屋受震害影响最为严重,文中结合汶川大地震有关调查结果并结合笔者震后现场检测鉴定实践,对砖混结构建筑的抗震性能及其抗震设计中的存在问题进行探讨,提出了有关砖混建筑物抗震设计的一些建议,具有一定的参考价值。Through the investigation from the earthquake field,especially the damage analysis of 5.12 Wenchuan earthquakes,it showed that the brick buildings most affected by the damage.This paper combined the results of the investigation and the experience of the author＇s on-site inspection after the earthquakes,discussed the seismic performance of brick buildings and the problems in seismic design,and proposed some recommendations in seismic design of brick buildings,which has some reference value.
