摘 要:目的:研究不同频率毫米波对损伤脊髓修复的生物效应。方法:采用波长为4.9mm、7.1mm、89mm,输出功率密度7mW/cm2的毫米彼治疗大鼠损伤脊髓,30min,2次/d,治疗20d。观察组织学及CSEP、MEP变化。结果:7.1mm-7mW/cm2治疗组与损伤组比较脊髓组织病变轻,CSEP潜伏期缩短。结论:毫米波能促进损伤脊髓的修复,毫米波疗法可能具有频率特异性。Objective: To investigate the biological effects of electtic fields of millimeter wave on the repairment of spinal cord injury. Methods: The spinal injury in rats were treated with the millimeter wave with different frequencies (4. 9 mm-7 mW/cm, 7. 1 mm-7 mW/cm and 8.9 mm-7 mW/cm) in a duration of 20 days (3o min for twice per day). The changes in histology, CSEP and MEP were determined- Results: The pathological changes were slighter and CSEP latency shorter in 7. 1 mm-7 mW/cm-millimeter-treated group than in the traumatic group. Conclusion: Millimeter wave with a specific frequency can promote the repair of the injured spinal cord.
