微波烧灼后粘贴可吸收性止血凌治疗鼻出血50例

摘　　要：目的观察微波烧灼后粘贴可吸收性止血凌治疗鼻出血的疗效。方法将100例鼻出血患者随机均分为两组,微波烧灼后粘贴可吸收性止血凌治疗作为治疗组,凡士林纱条填塞治疗作为对照组,对两组患者的疗效进行比较。结果治疗组有效率为100%,对照组有效率为60%,经χ2检验显示两组间疗效差异有统计学意义。结论应用微波烧灼后粘贴可吸收性止血凌治疗鼻出血有良好的效果。Objective To observe the efficacy of paste absorbable hemostasia Ling in treating epistaxis after mirowave burning. Methods 100 cases of epistaxis were randomly divided into 2 groups,the absorbable hemostatic paste Ling treatment group,and the control group treated with Vaseline gauze packing,which efficaly were compared. Results Treatment group was 100% efficient,the efficiency of the control group was 60%,and χ2 test showed that 2 groups had statistically significant differences in efficacy. Conclusions After microwave burning,paste absorbable hemostatic Ling has good results in treating epistaxis.
