摘 要:基于雷诺时均方程及标准k-ε湍流模型,压力和速度的耦合求解采用SIMPLEC算法,应用Fluent软件对65ZB-40C型喷灌自吸泵内部流场进行了数值模拟,得到了其内部流场的速度分布和压力分布情况,并对其进行了详尽的分析,基本揭示了自吸泵内部流动情况。在模型泵外特性试验的基础上,将数值模拟和试验所预估的性能曲线进行对比分析,结果表明数值模拟具备了一定的可靠性。得到了泵内部压力及速度变化规律,为以后喷灌自吸泵的优化设计及应用提供参考。On the basis of standard k-ε turbulent model and time-averaged Navier-Stokes equation,three-dimensional non-structural tetrahedral mesh and the SIMPLEC method is adopted,the numerical simulation of self-priming pump is conducted on the platform of commercial CFD software Fluent.During the process of numerical simulation which analyzes the pump performance under different working conditions,the velocity and pressure distributions are obtained.The result reveals the properties of the inner flow inside the self-priming pump and the flow principle.At the same time,the test equipment and test method are introduced to obtain the explicit performance.The computation results are compared with the corresponding experiment results.The simulation can provide a theoretical basis and the result is also useful for the optimum design of the self-priming irrigation pumps.
