摘 要:雅砻江锦屏二级水电站上游调压室是世界上规模最大的差动式调压室,其隧洞长度长,引用流量大,调压室内的升管隔板与大井底板将承受60~70 m的巨大差动压差,对其结构设计技术难度处于世界前列。对该调压室结构提出了两种方案,运用ABAQUS程序对两种方案进行了三维线性与非线性的有限元分析与比较,获得了调压室各个部位的应力分布、配筋图和裂缝情况等。结果表明:方案一较方案二具有较大的优越性,在实际工程中应用是完全可行的。Upriver surge chamber in Jinping Secondary Hydropower Station of the Yalong River is the biggest differential surge chamber in the world.The tunnel is long and the quotative discharge is large.The clapboard of the riser and the soleplate of big wells endure an enormous pressure of a 60~70 meter water head.So the difficulty of this architectural design leaps into the front rank of the world.In this paper,two schemes for the structure are proposed and a three-dimensional linear and nonlinear finite element analysis is made by means of the well-known FEA software-ABAQUS.The distributions of stresses and cracks and the bar arrangement drawing are obtained.The results show that Proposal 1 is more advantageous than Proposal 2 and can be applied to actual projects.
