摘　　要：随着社会主义市场经济的不断深化改革,高校大学生就业工作日益严峻,大学生就业压力不断上升,本文针对这一问题,主要就大学生求职择业前应该做好的准备工作进行探讨,以帮助大学生在求职过程中掌握主动权,获得理想的工作。With the advance of reforms of the socialist market economy,college graduates are faced with even graver employment prospects and more fierce competition.In view of this, the paper expounds the preparations prior to job search so as to provide reference for the students on how to take initiatives and find a satisfactory job.
