摘　　要：城市大学、科研机构(文章简称院校)是农业科技进步的主力军,科技支农是城市支持农村的重要方面。院校加大科技支农,是以城带乡、以工哺农的重要内容。增加农业科技研究(文章简称农研)投入,提高研究生培养质量,改革院校、激发活力,提高农研在研发中的比重,优化农研结构,提高农研质量。Universities and institutions in cites is main force of progress in agricultural science and technology,which are main field science and technology supporting agriculture,universities and institutions increasing support of rural,which is important content of taking country by cities and taking agriculture by industries.Increasing expenditure into universities and institutions of agricultural science and technology,raising quality of post-graduates,reforming systems of universities and institutions and stengthing force,increasing proportion in expenditure,bettering structure of agricultural science and technology,which raises quality of science and technology in agriculture.
