摘　　要：关于王粲与曹丕、曹植关系,学界多囿于旧论,认为王粲"为两公子楼护",婉娈于曹氏两兄弟之间,与二人分别保持相等的距离,且同时受到他们的尊爱。但从曹丕、曹植对建安诸子的排位,王粲与二人的诗文交往情况及曹氏两兄弟悼念王粲的方式三个方面进行考察辨析,则显示出王粲实际上是亲曹植,疏曹丕。About Wang Can and Cao Pi,Cao Zhi＇s relationship,academic circles mainly accord with old opinion that Wang Can is liked by two childes,and is best of both worlds.He keeps the same distance with two brothers respectively,and gains their respect and favor.But there are three facets： the sequence which Cao Pi and Cao Zhi rank Jian An writers,associated poems between Wang Can and two brothers and the way of they mourning for Wang Can.According to these facets,we can have a conclusion that Wang Can is more intimate with Can Zhi than Cao Pi.
