摘　　要：《东西洋考每月统记传》是中国境内最早用中文出版的近代期刊,刊登了大量西方文明的知识,传播了国外历史、地理等方面的信息。期刊中的史学篇章,通过中外比较的方式概述了中外历史发展过程,绍介了西方国别史、英雄人物、史学家,并发表了一系列评论。这些史学信息在近代早期士大夫中产生了回响。它成为近代前期中国人了解世界的一个窗口,也是中外史学交流的一个例证。Eastern Western Monthly Magazine,which is the first published modern periodical in Chinese in china,carried a large number of western civilizations knowledge,and transmit the domestic and foreign history,geography and other information.The history texts of the journal outlined the development of China and foreign countries history by the way of comparison,introduced the development history of some western countries,heroes,historians,made a series of comments.This historiography information had echoed in the early intellectuals.It is a window for the Chinese people to know the world,and also it is an example of historiography exchange between China and foreign countries.
