摘  要:目的探讨有氧体育锻炼对戒烟和吸烟的中年男教师血脂的影响。方法将88名中年男性教师按吸烟情况和是否参加有氧锻炼分为戒烟锻炼组、吸烟锻炼组和吸烟无锻炼组,观察比较各组间血总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、极低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(VLDL-C)的差异。结果吸烟锻炼组、吸烟无锻炼组TC、TG、LDL-C、VLDL-C水平显著高于戒烟锻炼组(P<0.05),而HDL-C显著低于戒烟锻炼组(P<0.01);吸烟无锻炼组TC、TG、LDL-C、VLDL-C水平显著高于吸烟锻炼组(P<0.05),而HDL-C显著低于吸烟锻炼组(P<0.01);TC、TG、LDL-C、VLDL-C与有氧体育锻炼呈负相关,HDL-C与有氧锻炼呈正相关。结论戒烟和有氧体育锻炼对改善血脂异常有积极意义。Objective To explore the influence of aerobic exercise on lipid of smoking middle-aged male teachers. Methods Eighty-eight middle-aged male teachers were divided into the no-smoking exercise group,the smoking exercise group and smoking but no-exercise group according to smoking situation and whether participated the aerobic exercise. Then the differences of blood total cholesterol ( TC) ,triglyceride ( TG) ,high density lipoprotein cholesterol ( HDL-C) ,low density lipoprotein cholesterol( LDL-C) and very low density lipoprotein cholesterol ( VLDL-C) were compared in the three groups. Results The levels of TC,TG,LDL-C and VLDL-C in the smoking exercise group and smoking but no-exercising group were obviously higher than those in no-smoking exercise group ( P 〈0. 05) ,but HDL-C was obviously lower than the no-smoking exercise group ( P〈 0. 01) ; The levels of TC,TG,LDL-C and VLDL-C in smoking but no-exercising group were obviously higher than smoking exercise group ( P〈 0. 05) ,but HDL-C was obviously lower than the smoking exercise group ( P 〈0. 01) ; There was a significant negative correlation between TC,TG,LDL-C,VLDL-C and aerobic exercise,and there was a positive correlation between HDL-C and aerobic exercise. Conclusion The no-smoking and aerobic physical exercise have the positive sense in improving the lipid abnormality.
