摘  要:基于传声器阵列理论,设计了电动汽车电机故障诊断测试系统。利用该系统可分别得到原始信号的时域显示、频域显示和噪声信号的声场重建。通过对某一款电动汽车故障电机在低速低转矩典型工况下的噪声测试,证明了基于噪声的故障诊断测试系统能够满足测试分析需要,为电动汽车电机故障诊断提供了理论和实践依据。The fault diagnosis system of electric vehicle traction motors were designed based on the array microphone,and the original signals in time domain and in frequency-domain were obtained through the established system of data analysis,the sound field reconstruction of noise signals were obtained as well.The traction motor noise experiments were carried out based on the measurement system under low speed and low torque condition.The result shows that the electric vehicle motor fault diagnosis system can meet the need of test and analysis,which provides the foundation of the fault diagnosis to be used in the area of electric vehicle motors.
