摘　　要：创新应用型人才培养模式,是新世纪新阶段中国高等教育改革和发展中亟待研究、解决的重要理论和实践课题。文章以教育部实施质量工程为契机,通过应用型人才培养现状必要性,国内外工程类人才培养模式比较,应用型创新培养模式构建的意义等进行论述,提出推进应用型人才培养模式和机制创新的建议和意见。Innovate talent-cultivation mode is an important and urgent subject in both theory and practice of our country＇s education reform and development in new century.Based on the spirit of document about the implementation of the quality project of the Ministry of Education,this paper discusses the necessity training applied talent,comparison between the engineering talent-cultivation mode both at home and abroad,the current situation analysis of practice-oriented talents majoring in civil engineering,the significance of the pattern for constructing innovate talent-cultivation mode of civil engineering specialty.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions to talents training mode and mechanism innovation.
