摘 要:本文就沉降观测技术在西宁市城西区"世通名城"7号楼建筑施工过程中的应用,说明该技术在维护高层建筑物安全中的作用,并对该建筑物共16期约904 d的沉降数据进行了分析。结果表明:该建筑物在建筑初期沉降量变化波动较大,最大沉降量为11.85 mm/100 d;随着建筑物施工到后期直至封顶,沉降量变动波动较小,最多达3.47 mm/100 d,而且百天沉降速度为0.23 mm,说明该建筑物已进入沉降稳定期,且处于安全范围之内。The settlement observation technology is used in the construction process of Xining"shitong city"building 7 and this shows the technology has a function in ensuring the construction safety of a high building.The building settlement data in 16 periods about 904 days are analysed and the result shows that the change fluctuation of settelement quantity in the primary period of the building construction is biger and the maximum settlement quantity reachs to 11.85 mm/100 d.But the change fluctuation of the settlement quantity became smaller with the building construction proceeding and maximum settlement quantity is 3.47 mm/100 d and the settlement speed is 0.23 mm/100 d.This result shows that the high building has been in the settlement stable period and with in the safety range.
