摘 要:使用高精密质量吸附仪IGA-100B对可用的吸附剂进行吸附分离实验。选取椰壳活性炭K01,测定了CH4、N2、CO2在其上于298、308、323K温度下的吸附等温线和吸附动力学曲线,由此分析了3种气体的吸附性能、热力学及动力学扩散性质,从而得到不同温度下CH4、N2、CO2之间的平衡分离系数(α)和扩散系数(D)之比。结果表明,椰壳活性炭K01可以实现不同温度下CH4/N2、CO2/N2的平衡分离;两种气体的动力学分离与压力和温度有关,在298K压力较低时,可能实现N2与CH4的动力学分离;而在298K和323K时,在较宽的压力范围内,可能实现N2和CO2的动力学分离。The absorbent was selected by using the intelligent gravimetric analyzer apparatus(IGA-100B,HIDEN) for the separation of CH4,N2 and CO2.A kind of coconut shell activated carbon K01 absorbent was selected.The adsorption isotherms and the adsorption kinetically curves for CH4,CO2 and N2 on the coconut shell activated carbon K01 at 298,308 and 323 K were measured,by which the performance of adsorption and the character for the thermodynamics and diffusion for the three gases on K01 were investigated.The equilibrium separation coefficient α and the ration of diffusivity D for CH4,N2 and CO2 at different temperatures were obtained.The results indicate that the equilibrium separation of CH4 /N2 and CO2 /N2 can be realized by using coconut shell activated carbon K01 at different temperatures.The separation kinetically of two gases relate to pressure and temperature.The separation kinetically of CH4 /N2 is possible realized at 298 K under low pressure,however,the separation kinetically of CO2 /N2 is possible realized at 298 and 323 K under wide pressure range.
