摘 要:采用正交组合回归设计试验方法,研究了零保温奥氏体逆相变淬火温度对40Cr钢强度、硬度的影响,分析了其组织特征。实验表明,40Cr钢840~920℃零保温奥氏体逆相变淬火,可以细化奥氏体晶粒,得到细小的板条状马氏体组织。淬火温度较低时,马氏体板条间分布少量条状铁素体,随淬火温度提高铁素体逐步减少,880℃淬火得到全部板条状马氏体组织。在实验温度范围内,900℃+880℃两次淬火后40Cr钢的强度、硬度最高,其力学性能显著好于常规的880℃一次淬火。The effect of austenite inverse phase transformation quenching temperature in zero time holding on the strength and hardness of 40Cr steel was investigated by the orthogonal regressive principle,and the microstructure of the steel after quenched was analyzed.The experiment results indicate that the fined austenite crystalline grain and the fine lath martensite are obtained in 40Cr steel through austenite inverse phase transformation quenching at 840 ~ 920 ℃.The strip ferrite is distributed between martensite laths at low temperature quenched.The strip ferrite is de-creased along with increased of the quenching temperature,the entire lath martens can be obtained in the steel quenched at 880 ℃.In the experimental temperature range,strength and hardness of 40Cr steel are maximum after 900 ℃ + 880 ℃ two quenching.The property of the steel after 900 ℃ + 880 ℃ two quenched is clear higher than that of the conventional 880 ℃ one quenched.
