摘 要:火电机组锅炉燃烧扰动是使锅炉运行参数大幅波动的原因之一。对于易受到燃烧扰动影响的信号,单纯依靠机理分析则分析效率较低。为此,基于火电厂厂级监控信息系统(SIS)数据库,提出了一种从大量信号中提取与燃烧扰动相关信号的数据分析方法,利用小波变换的带通滤波特性得到燃烧扰动成分,并计算其滑动窗方差,从而依据方差向量间相关系数的大小衡量信号与锅炉燃烧扰动的相关程度。在某600 MW机组上验证表明,该方法较为有效,且计算简单、易于实现。Combustion disturbance is one of the most important cause leading to operation parameters' fluctuation by big margins.For signals which are easily affected by combustion disturbances,the analysis efficiency is lower only depend on mechanism analysis.Based on data-base of plant-level supervisory information system(SIS),a data-analysis method has been put forward to extract signals correlated to combustion disturbances from a great amount of signals.The combustion distrubance components of data have been firstly obtained from band pass filtering behavior of wavelet transform,and their variances with moving windows are calculated,thereby,the correlalion of signals with combustion disturbance can be measured quantitatively according to the correlation coefficient between said variance vectors.Verification carried out on one 600 MW unti shows that the said method is comparatively effective,being simple in computation,and easy in realization.
