摘 要:由于流态化燃烧的特性和炉内脱硫,循环流化床(CFB)锅炉炉内的颗粒浓度很高,且炉内飞灰颗粒的组成成分与煤粉炉的飞灰不同,易造成再热器管磨损进而爆管。在判断再热器泄漏发生时,应控制流化风机的运行,减少炉膛上部的颗粒浓度。同时,还可以适时降低真空,减少再热器管吸入颗粒的可能。Owing to the features of fluidized burning and desulphurization inside the furnace,the particle concentration is very high in CFB boilers,and the composition of fly ash particles in the furnace is different from that in pulverized coal boilers,it is easily to result in abrasion of reheater tubes,and further leading to tube-burst.Hence,it is specially important to pay attention for preventing fly ash particles from entering into reheater tubes after tube-burst,to result in ash clogging.During the time of judging the occurrence of reheater leakage,the operation of fluidizing fan should be controlled,reducing the particle concentration in upper part of furnace.At the same time,the vacuum can be timely reduced,decreasing the possibility of extracting particles into the reheater tubes.
