凝结水精处理阳床与阴床串联系统存在问题分析及其改进

摘　　要：某电厂2×300 MW直接空冷机组凝结水精处理系统采用阳床＋阴床串联方式,运行中存在阳床、阴床投运初期出水杂质离子泄漏,以及阳床铵型运行时阴床出水氯离子泄漏等问题。对此,经讨论与分析后提出了以下改进方案：（1）提高树脂再生水平;（2）充分正洗,树脂在储存罐中冲洗结束时的出水电导率应小于1μS/cm;（3）设计合理的阳床、阴床投运初期再循环冲洗系统,并合理安排阳床和阴床的投运操作。改进方案实施后,原有系统存在的离子泄漏问题基本得到解决。A system connecting cation bed and anion bed in series for condensate polishing treatment was used for 2×300 MW direct air-cooled units in one power plant,the main problems existing in operation of said system are as follows：（1）in the initial period of putting cation bed and anion bed into operation,contaminant ion leakage had occurred in the effluent water;in case of cation bed is in operation according to ammonium type,chlorine ion leakage appeared in effluent water from the anion bed.For this,improvement scheme has been put forward after discuss and analysis in the following：（1）enhancing regenerative level of the resins;（2）sufficiently positive cleaning,after the end of flushing resin in the storage tank,the conductivity of effluent water should be less than 1 μS/cm;（3）designing reasonable cyclic flushing system for initial period of putting cation bed and anion bed into operation,and reasonably arrange the manipulation of putting them into operation.After implementation of the improvement scheme,the ion leakage problem existing in original system has been basically solved.
