生态体育锻炼对大学生心理健康的重要性研究

摘　　要：运用卡特尔16项测量表(16PF)和心理健康自测量表(scL—90)研究生态体育锻炼对高校学生心理健康的影响。经过测试对比表明,进行生态体育锻炼能有效地改善学生的心理压抑,改变学生的生活态度,激发学生的上进的精神,对学生的心理健康有显著提高。Using the Cartel 16 items measured that the meter （16 PF） and the psychologically healthy self-test meter （scL-90） studies the ecology physical training to the university student psychologically healthy influence. Indicated after the test contrast that carries on the ecology physical training to be able to improve student＇s psychology to constrain effectively, changes student＇s life attitude, stimulates spirit which the student progresses, has the remarkable influence to the psychologically healthy.
