摘　　要：对《基于INTERNET的建设工程工程量清单异地招标评标系统》作了阐述,从研究意义、国内现状、项目任务三个方面对建设工程工程量清单招标评标系统的研究背景进行了比较详尽的介绍,以实现招标评标的网络化、自动化和透明化。The paper illustrates the Strange Land Assessing Bidding System of Construction Project Based on INTERNET,and introduces the research background of the strange land assessing bidding system of engineering quantity list from the research significance,the current situation at home,and program missions,so as to realize the network,the automation and the lucidification of the bidding.
