摘　　要：新型农村合作医疗制度是农村医疗卫生体系的重要组成部分,是建设社会主义新农村、统筹城乡发展和构建社会主义和谐社会的重要内容。资金的筹集与保障是建立和完善新型农村合作医疗制度的核心问题。通过深入分析中国新型农村合作医疗资金运行现状及原因,提出建立和完善新型农村合作医疗资金筹集机制的政策建议。The new rural cooperative medical is an important part in rural health care system and is very important to build a new socialist countryside and a harmonious socialist society. The raising and security of the funds is the most important content to establish and perfect the new rural cooperative medical system. Through in-depth analyzing the reason about the stage of China＇ s new rural cooperative medical care funds, this paper puts forward the policy recommendations for establishment and improvement of new rural cooperative medical fund raising mechanism.
