摘　　要：学习型党组织建设是新时期党的建设重大课题。思想舆论导向与学习型党组织建设存在紧密联系。以思想舆论导向为分析视角,基于对思想舆论导向的环境、内容、主体、客体的分析,我们可以从多个方面理解学习型党组织的建设问题,进而把握学习型党组织建设的几个关键环节。The building of learning Party organizations is a major issue of Party building. The guidance of ideological and public opin- ion is linked closely with learning Party organizations. From the perspective of the guidance of ideological and public opinion, based on the guidance of ideological and public opinion environment, content, subject, object of analysis, the building of the learning Party organiza- tions can be interpreted from various aspects, in order to grasp the key links in the building of the learning Party organizations.
