摘 要:本文简要叙述了"低温省煤器"的特点及不同的运用方式,简要分析了其运用的经济性,对660 MW级机组采用低温省煤器,可使全厂发电效率提高0.22%,发电标准煤耗降低1.2 g/kWh,以750元/t的标煤价计算,年等效利用小时为5500 h,每台机组全年的燃料成本可节约~750.75万元,可节约用水~70t/h。同时增加的电耗800 kW/机组。投资回收年限:2.96~3.8年。经分析采用低温省煤器可提高机组热效率,节能、节水效果显著,符合国家"节能减排"的政策,具有很好的发展前景和应用推广价值。This paper simply describes the feature and different using methods of "low-temperature economizer",giving a brief analysis of the economy of its use,For 660MW unit,using low temperature economizer can raise the factory power efficiency by 0.22%, decrease standard coal consumption for power generation by 1.2g/kWh, By the calculation of the price of standard coal 750 yuan / ton, the annual equivalent use of hours is 5500h, fuel cost for each unit in the whole year can save 7.5075 million yuan, also save water about 70t/h. and the increase of power consumption is 800kW / unit. The investment recovery period is 2.96~3.8 years. By the analysis of low-temperature economizer ,it can increase the unit thermal efficiency, save energy, also its water-saving effect is remarkable, being in line with national policy of "energy conservation,lower emission", so ,it has good development prospect, and high value in application.
