摘　　要：正确认识和解决金融危机形势下农民工流动就业问题,是认识和处理三农问题的重要内容,是中国实现现代化宏伟目标和构建和谐社会的重大课题。当前国际金融危机对我国经济的影响日益加深,金融风暴吹乱了中国农民工"候鸟式"流动就业的节奏,农民工流动就业面临严峻挑战,呈现出一些新的变化,也给三农问题解决带来了深刻的启示,需要引起全社会的高度重视。Correctly understanding and solving the flowing employment problem of migrant workers in the financial crisis situation is the important aspect to know and to deal with the three agricultural issues, and also is an important issue on the realization of the modernization goal and building a harmonious society. The current international financial crisis has been increasingly influenced on China＇ s economy and has affected the rhythm of flowing employment of migrant workers. Moreover, flowing employment of migrant workers is facing serious challenges and has shown some new changes. It has brought about a deep inspiration to the issues concerningagriculture, countryside and farmers and should be given more attention from the whole society.
