摘　　要：采用直线同步电机对悬浮的平台进给机构提供驱动力,实现了进给机构在水平和垂直两方向的无接触支撑和导向。对磁悬浮力和直线电机推力进行了分析计算。The linear synchronous motor is applied to control the platform which non-contactly moves in both the horizontal and vertical directions.The magnetic force and thrusting force of the linear motor are analyzed and calculated here.
