摘 要:利用热重分析法,在不同条件下,对单一生物质、煤及其混合物的燃烧特性进行分析,研究了阳泉煤、稻壳、麦秆和松木屑的挥发分初析温度、挥发分最大释放速率、固定碳最大燃烧速率、燃尽温度等燃烧特性参数。由实验得知,生物质的燃烧时间比煤提前,生物质在燃烧过程中有两个明显的失重阶段,而煤只有一个明显的失重阶段。通过掺混可以使煤的着火时间缩短,着火温度降低,延长了整个燃烧的温度区间,使煤能更好地燃尽,使燃料的燃烧特性得到了优化。By means of the thermogravimetric analysis,this paper analyses the combustion characteristics of unitary biomass,coal and their mixture in different conditions,and researches on the combustion characteristic parameters of different samples,such as the initial release temperature and the maximum release rate of volatile,the maximal combustion rate of fixed carbon as well as the burnout temperature,etc.The experiment shows that the combustion time of biomass is earlier than that of coal,and during the combustion process,biomass has two obvious weight loss periods while coal has only one.In addition,it also displays that through mixing biomass and coal together,the combustion time can be advanced and the combustion temperature can be decreased.As a result,the temperature range of the whole combustion process is lengthened.Therefore,the coal can be burning-out,and the combustion characteristics of the fuel can also be optimized as well.
