摘  要:采用空气阴极微生物燃料电池处理主要成分为葡萄糖、乙酸钠、蛋白胨和可溶性淀粉的模拟生活污水,探讨MFC处理生活污水的产电特性。试验研究了MFC处理不同浓度的模拟生活污水的产电特性。结果表明:不同的基质浓度对产电效率影响不显著,MFC最大输出功率为28.82MW/m2,COD最大去除率为88%。MFC以单一碳源为基质时,复杂的分子基质产电周期长,产电功率较高。混合菌接种的MFC处理复杂基质的产电效率优于处理简单分子基质,接种混合菌的MFC适合处理复杂基质的生活污水。在MFC运行过程中,电池输出功率不断衰减。经过120d左右运行后,质子膜上生长了一层微生物膜,这些微生物膜使得物质迁移产生了相反作用。质子膜燃料电池的反应器构型不适合长期处理复杂水质。Using air cathode microbial fuel cell to treat the synthetic wastewater with major components of glucose,acetate,peptone and soluble starch,the paper Investigated the power generation characteristics of MFC.It also probed the different treatment of simulated wastewater concentration.The results showed that different substrate concentration had no significant effect on the production of electrical efficiency, the maximum power density of MFC was 28.82 MW/m2,with COD removal rate of 88% .Single carbon source in the complex matrix elements for power generation cycle was long and the higher electric power production than dealing with simple organic carbon molecules under MFC inoculated with mixed bacteria, MFC inoculated with mixed strains suitable for dealing with complex matrix of domestic sewage.During MFC operation time,the battery output power continuously decayed.After 120 days operation,there was some bacteria grew on the proton membrane witch made migration have the opposite effect.The reactor configuration of proton membrane fuel cell was not suitable for complex waterquality.
